We ask that you arrive on time to your appointments, because we do reserve that time for you to relax and receive the full benefit of your service time. We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. Therefore, service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guest treatments. The regular service price will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged a same day cancellation fee of $50. We do require a credit card on file in order to book your appointments, to ensure our 24-hour cancellation policy. Any changes or cancellations without adequate notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee to your credit.

Scheduled treatments have been reserved especially for you. We understand that emergency situations do arise and we will accommodate you in any way we can. As a courtesy to all our clients, we require at least 24 hours cancellation notice on all your scheduled services. Please make sure to call during business hours, the day before your appointment in order to avoid any cancellation charges, which may be up to 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you do not show for a confirmed appointment you will be charged 100% of your service amount.

Payment is required at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash.

Our gift certificates offer a thoughtful and generous way to show you care. They can be purchased online as an eGift Card, at the spa, or by phone. Each gift certificate can be customized for the denomination of your choice and applied to any spa service.

The conversations you have with your esthetician will remain confidential, as well as your information on the intake form. We do not sell or share your information with anyone. No individual personal information such as your name, home address, email address, phone number, appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.
