Eminence Organics are free from preservatives, and as such have limited shelf life. Our inventory freshness is maintained through frequent orders of small quantities, and we recommend that you only order what you will use upon receipt. We stand by the freshness of our products ordered for immediate use. Should you receive a spoiled item, please contact us regarding return and exchange for like product. Eminence Organic Skin Care products are not returnable unless determined to be spoiled, or cause a skin reaction. Please provide us with batch number within three weeks of receipt and return to the address below in the original box with at least 80% of the product in the jar. Refunds are allowed within 30 days. Samples are a way in which to determine if you are sensitive to any particular product. Thank you.
